How to read this map
- Green lines are bike and shared-use paths away from cars. Thick glowing ones are our reviewed Safe Haven corridors.
- Brown dashes are gravel and dirt roads. Traffic is light, but check the surface grade and whether the road is open.
- Blue streets have a painted bike lane.
- Grey roads are busy with no bike lane; thicker means bigger. Uncoloured streets are quiet local streets.
- Dots mark known trouble spots. Select one for riding advice and a safer way around it.
- Ride markers are group rides meeting in the next two weeks. See them all in the Rides tab.
The heatmap shows where CCRS bike crashes cluster. Zoom in and it gives way to individual crashes; tap one for the date, lighting and speed limit. Tap any path, gravel road or street for details.
